I would really appreciate having the text input similar to this one we are using here at least or even better with text formatting, instead of bare text..., including a possibility to upload a video (please do not limit size)
Or a separate video upload coponent

You should see OssnEmbed component and see how they embedding the icons and also OssnSmiles, you can use some markup text and then translate it to html, similar OssnEmbed and OssnSmies doing,
