Hi !
I'am trying for days to install the Script. I got only the Error Message Mod Rewrite is not installed, but is it installed. The other things are ok, only the Mod Rewrite making Problems. Hosting Provider is 1&1. Please help before I'am going crazy :-)

Thanks for your feedback, Gary.
Unfortunately, many providers promise all possible features, but in the end only a part is really working. You're not alone with that experience. :)

Changed my Provider and get an VPS. Now it works ! I'am so happy :-)

Hmm, maybe you should point them to their own readme and ask to configure your site like that ...

I contact my Hosting-Provider 1&1 but they can't help me. Maybe I must change my Hosting-Provider.

Admittedly the message may be a little misleading:
mod_rewrite is just one of many other add-ons for the apache webserver, and having installed it, does in fact not mean it is already configured and working for a site. So, please ask your hosting provider to do the necessary configuration steps.
