I have a question concerning the forum component, is this one valid for all the members the possibility of having a forum or alone for the administrator?

Sorry gentlemen, did you say "Forum Component"?
I looked through six pages list of component and could not see any component called Forum Component. Do I need to have new eye glasses?

The forum is for all members. But members can only add topics within categories.
Due to the many requests in the past for additonal features and components we have decided to develope a premium version. Features like Hashtags, Videos, Polls, Events, Stories, Link Preview, etc included in it.
