watch this tutorial if you start from a server without installation you must have full root access to install https://linuxize.com/post/how-to-install-ffmpeg-on-ubuntu-18-04/

Ask your hosting provider they will tell you if they already have installed on their servers or not. This is what your hosting provider can do.
