Some users who were deleted and had open char ... left some users with whom they talked with the chat window minimized and without the option to close

Is there any way to solve it? already cleaned caches and deactivated and activated component ... unsuccessful so far

Thanks for reporting this issue, it'll be fixed with the upcoming release of Ossn 5.3.
Until then, please advise your members to log off and log in again to get rid of these nameless friends tabs.
