How can I set multiple group owners for the groups so that I can have more than one admin per group?

Another thing I just noticed is that when I log into my site as the site admin I am not able to edit settings of groups which were not created by me. As site admin I believe I should have total control. Is this a bug or a result of current programming?
Due to the many requests in the past for additonal features and components we have decided to develope a premium version. Features like Hashtags, Videos, Polls, Events, Stories, Link Preview, etc included in it.
