I want a normal profile to be able to advertise on the timeline.

This wouldn't be just changing some lines of code.
You may think of cloning part of the ossnAds logic
and put it into your own component.
Due to the many requests in the past for additonal features and components we have decided to develope a premium version. Features like Hashtags, Videos, Polls, Events, Stories, Link Preview, etc included in it.
