I'm install ossn but not send register confirmation or password recovery mail i say hosting provider but they said they wouldn't

Yes ask your hosting provider for this issue :) they have disabled those functions for your account.
Due to the many requests in the past for additonal features and components we have decided to develope a premium version. Features like Hashtags, Videos, Polls, Events, Stories, Link Preview, etc included in it.
