I have observed that after i made an update to my website the Online and offline at the right sidebar is not showing to members who already got new friends for online and offline displaying like older versions of OSSN software.
What do i do to allow the online and offline friends to start to show again at the right sidebar, pls?

It is enough if you submit a report once.
Neither capital letters nor sending the same report twice increases the likelihood of a reply.
