After i have updated my software to the latest version from 5.3 to 5.5, chat has not been functioning again any help on that or am i missing something?

I have no issue with message component but the chat at the right side bar is not working anymore after upgrading my website to latest version. Have a look at the chat (offline and online friends display) like Facebook at your ends. Kindly Pls 🙏 work on the chat components because its not functioning again.

I have asked both of you to provide the necessary details allowing us to have a closer look at your issues - to still no avail. This is another chance. We take every report seriously, but it just doesn't work without your cooperation.

5.5 is my first install of this script, but having the same problem.
Chat is not even available on members pages, though it is enabled in components.
Due to the many requests in the past for additonal features and components we have decided to develope a premium version. Features like Hashtags, Videos, Polls, Events, Stories, Link Preview, etc included in it.
