This is a requirement for me to continue using OSSN. I need to be able to show new group posts in a person's news feed and moreover include results from public and joined private groups in the search function. Is there an easy way to do this or is it a custom component and/or forking the software?

You are welcome to stop using it and i am not sure what you mean by refund. OSSN is free to use and download feel free to add stuff inside.

Not having this feature means that you really don't have groups. I'm going to have to stop using OSSN, any chance you will provide a refund? if not, I'd sell the license to someone.

I was wondering about this also, it seems it would be normal if you are a member of a group and someone posts something, it would show in their feed.

It is not one line of code that i can provide it here :) it will require alot of modification.
Due to the many requests in the past for additonal features and components we have decided to develope a premium version. Features like Hashtags, Videos, Polls, Events, Stories, Link Preview, etc included in it.
