When the Group Listing is listed thewy have an icon of three figures. Is there a way to upload an image file to change out the three figures to an image of your choice?

What group icons are you talking about?
all icons are handled by "FontAwesome", which is relevant to a number in your code.
Or do you mean on groups itself? If so, that is a single image and can be chaged by uploading the image of your choice to /components/OssnGroups/images/ and make sure it is labeled "search_group.png"
