Hi,
I would like to remove the "About" mention on the footer. I cannot find the file to modify.

Good find.
But I'm afraid you did not read the docs at https://www.opensource-socialnetwork.org/wiki/all completely?
Otherwise you should have seen "Should I modify core files?" on the last page. And the clear answer is NO.
In other words: There's no need to find a file at all, but develop a new component which would either hide the class menu-footer-about or completely remove that piece of html.

I know this with firefox or chrome but if I asked this question it is because despite my research, I cannot find the file (s) concerned.
