My secure site is meant to be a family site that would allow adult normal public conversation etc... however I would like it to be able to restrict kids under 13 from that conversation and would allow them to only see kid content. This is a strong emphasis on family that allows both adult and kid content but restricts kids from seeing adult conversations that may not be appropriate for kids under selected age groups. I know a small bit of code but not enough to close the deal on what I am trying to achieve. It would make a great component that I am sure others would also enjoy.

There is no need to create adults content sites and then allow kids to use your site. Create close group for adult contents or create a different site for kids.

No, it can't.
As a quick solution I'd suggest to create one or more CLOSED groups for adult content.
Due to the many requests in the past for additonal features and components we have decided to develope a premium version. Features like Hashtags, Videos, Polls, Events, Stories, Link Preview, etc included in it.
