After leaving the session open on background the whole site crashes and need to leave it for an hour or so to be able to refresh and login again.
This is happening on the free version, and gave me a GULP! moment,, don't know what to do ! need help !

ok, got the error log .. please Arsalan,, check the Github side,, where I pasted the first 100 lines

Have also enabled the error reporting as instructed on "B".... will keep follow up. Cache is disabled now.

The only details I am having is that I get OK and login to the site , go to Administraor console, and just at the next click , wherever I do it , it crashes with the error 500.
The same very same happens if you log in from a mobile device .
this is the site URL : https://ulanded.com/Social_uLanded/
if you add the main one as https://ulanded.com/Social_uLanded/index.php then it comes alive again, but if you go https://ulanded.com/Social_uLanded/home it crashes

I have contacted the tech people from the server, and make a ticket of service according to your explanation.
the point for me is that in the same server I have the landing page and crm. they are not affected. only OSSN .
On the Error Logs , I saw a user who tried several times,, I guess he got no success to login again.
Will Keep you posted with the respons from the server guys.

Want to add, that also it seems that when a user gets to the site from a cell phone , is also happening the service to go down.
Due to the many requests in the past for additonal features and components we have decided to develope a premium version. Features like Hashtags, Videos, Polls, Events, Stories, Link Preview, etc included in it.
