How can I add a Community (Forum) like this one here to my ossn with same top Menu Entry , so that also not registered Users can visit the Forum.

Add the forum component and do whatever customization you like.

oh wait, you wanted non-registered users to be able to visit the forum. I thought you wanted the opposite. In that case, don't install the private network component, just add and customize the forum to your needs.

Use the "private network" component to restrict all pages within your network so that only registered users can access them.
Add the forum component and do whatever customization you like. This might take some time/effort, but if you'd like to hire a developer to help you with this, feel free to contact me. Info is in my profile.
