How many Users Can OSSN support? Like if you reach several thousand users or does it really just depend on your hosting, servers etc, and not OSSN itself?

How many users OSSN support vs How many users server can handle are two different things.
Regarding 1st question there is limit of database to hold max number of users

Regarding Server that depends on what user is doing and how much memory each user is consuming.
