Accesscode/Signup Code

I paid for the softlab 24 www solution premium which is lifetime. However, for users to register i have to pay another fee, the accesscode fee of $19.00. Can someone please explain how this site works? how many other fees are there to use the site?

For matters related to SOFTLAB24 please contact https://www.softlab24.com/contact Besides that access code comes with their package and included for free.

Due to the many requests in the past for additonal features and components we have decided to develope a premium version. Features like Hashtags, Videos, Polls, Events, Stories, Link Preview, etc included in it.
