For any inbuilt method of API, I am able to get the payload but for the ones with ExtendAPI, it's not working and providing "The requested method has no paypload for you". Why is it so?

Yes there is bug and fixed in https://github.com/opensource-socialnetwork/ExtendAPI download latest version.
Due to the many requests in the past for additonal features and components we have decided to develope a premium version. Features like Hashtags, Videos, Polls, Events, Stories, Link Preview, etc included in it.
