Can OSSN exchange discussions with other OSSN sites like Mastodon

No it doesn't exchange any information with any other site as everything is hosted on the single machine you own and no one have access to any thing except owner.
Due to the many requests in the past for additonal features and components we have decided to develope a premium version. Features like Hashtags, Videos, Polls, Events, Stories, Link Preview, etc included in it.
