Michael ~ Coder: Thank you very much, installing Noto Emoji is a good solution.
@Tamas ~ You need to install the Noto Emoji / Noto Color Emoji fonts.
Having them installed natively and system wide will allow websites to use it.
Depending on which version of KDE Plasma you are using, you can search "Emoji" in the settings (Pre-5.20). Post 5.2, you just make sure that the font is installed.
