I am unable to find the ui for admin. if I log in with user having admin type ... I find nothing on the web page to take to admin functions?

On the right side of the screen you will see an arrow pointing down.If you click on that you should see in this order Settings, Administration and logout...This is only if you are using the default theme...I have found with the Black theme the Administration function is not there so in that case after you have logged in where it say's home just type in administrator and it will take you there if you have admin rights...
Example: (www.yoursite.com/administrator)
