I've used DigitalOcean for my hosting and I haven' t had any issues. It's actually saved me a few time with snapshots and back ups.

With such a users you are looking for a cheap and unlimited hosting wow. Oh Man for such a users you need a dedicated server with high performance hardware. 1m users lets suppose half million online same time and its not a joke. You need to invest in good setup.

Yes but the storage capacity is low for a community website envisaged between 500000 to 1 million visitors per day
