Yeah ok,
but even then we are turning in circles.
As long as you are not able to copy the new files from your PC to the server, you cannot upgrade of course.
And that's not an Ossn problem, that's a problem of your webspace.
So again: Contact your provider to find out what is going wrong.

Just to asure: What is the url of your installation?

as i said, second time i upload files thro the filezilla
and nothing happen, still on 5.2 even though i delete instalation folder

Nope,maybe in 1st time i tried to upload files in wrong location,but 2nd time, nope
i upload the files thro fileZilla , actually 1st time i tried to upload files thro online upload in my cPanel
but couldn't uploaded, i downlod zip again and tried thro file zilla and..nope my site not updated

Okay, so the archive on your local PC is the correct Ossn 5.6 archive.

The upgrade instruction says to copy this xml file and all the other ones of that archive to the Ossn installation directory on your server.

But on your server there's still the old (5.2) xml file!

So what had happened?
Did you copy the files at all?
Or did you copy the files to the wrong location?
