There problem is clear here as Z-men guessed , i checked your server and i told you last time about some advise and you haven't followed :) Your files have ownership issue resulting 500 error.

and that's why I recommended to use verifyperms.php
if its a fresh update dont i have to download the system info component
you may use the verifyperms.php utility which comes bundled with the System Info component
to verify the correct permissions and ownership of your installation
but based on that what do you suggest when i try again im currently getting rid of the previous files
