Hello
Find a component that presents the visitor on the homepage, the cookie info. Is there a tool for that?

Patrick,
I am not aware of any finished component, but since the Google Analytics component basically allows third-party JavaScript to be entered, you can select a solution of your choice to achieve this in that way.
Actually there are hundreds of different solutions, here's just one easy example I picked from
