Good afternoon
I was asked today about sending invitations via text messages using phone contact instead of email only.
I have checked and don't see any mention of it, have any of ya'll explored this idea??

Well,
I think the problematic part is finding a SMS gateway provider who is acceptable for everyone. Some do national delivery only, others do international delivery, but the fee per SMS is higher, some have different plans depending on the number of messages, etc. Besides, there's no standard client API to login to a service like that, hence most likely you would end in a custom implementation which may fit YOUR needs but isn't commonly usable.
Due to the many requests in the past for additonal features and components we have decided to develope a premium version. Features like Hashtags, Videos, Polls, Events, Stories, Link Preview, etc included in it.
