When I receive a notification that someone has commented on a post and I click on the Globe the drop down list is correct for the comments but the actual link to the comment is wrong and causes an action forbidden error . The link back URL has the URL twice - https://mydomain/notification/read/28?notification=https%3A%2F%2Fmydomain%2Fpost%2Fview%2F23%23comments-item-15
I think this is a modrewrite problem but not sure .

You have a correct guess this is issue with mod security you need to ask your hosting provider to disable it for your account the rule that triggered this error.
Due to the many requests in the past for additonal features and components we have decided to develope a premium version. Features like Hashtags, Videos, Polls, Events, Stories, Link Preview, etc included in it.
