I get error "Ad manager can not create ad", when I try to create a new add and add image.

Yes, and that's a HOST(name) and not an URL ;)

Provide the exact spelling of the url you entered, please.

I was able to create the ad, but the URL does not load the website on the URL. It goes from http://MYSITEDOMAIN/WEBSITEURL instead of just the URL I put in.

You need to add image, title, description and URL, can you confirm if you adding all these fields?
