some times minimum three or four hours site not working... like users and admin and also create account also not working... please help ... my version 2.3..

I have been having this problem as well with one of my OSSN sites. The other OSSN site I have on the same server isn't giving me this issue. I have also checked with the hosting company and there is not db query limitations, however, there is an execution time limit for each php process that is spawned on the shared hosting environment.
That shouldn't be stopping it from logging in though as I have no problems with the other mentioned OSSN site.

If you are running site on cpanel, there might be limitation set by your hosting provider, ossn may reached db quires limit.
I hope Ossn 3.x would not have these issues.
