I should continue Phillip's thread (https://www.opensource-socialnetwork.org/discussion/view/4827/cover-photo-mobile), but the question is a little different.
I tested it on GoBlue 6.0 and White 6.1 themes with the same result. When I turn my smartphone to send a cover photo, and press the button to reposition the image, I couldn't do it.
Does this only happen to me?

I didn't install this component. After installing the component, it worked properly.

I assume you have not installed the Touchscreen CoverImage Dragging Support ?
