Show joined groups as "My groups"

How can we show joined groups in a highlighted way ?
When clicking on groups icon , all groups are displayed.
Below that , "My groups" is required

Not clear what you mean?
Actually, every group a user has joined IS displayed by name.
Example below:
This site has 3 groups, and Honey Bunny joined 2 of them (Group One and Closed)
