Where in the ContentSharing file(s) can I rearrange the output page so that the photo / media output is displayed on top and the text or description from the post is on the bottom of shared posts? I want it to look just like it does in the news feed where the shared media is presented first then the description under it.

thank you for the quick response. I am not at the level of making components. I was hoping for a simple output adjustment.

There's no simple 'where in ContentSharing' since this component is entirely based on OssnWall's and other component's display templates.
Hence, instead of changing ContentSharing, i'd recommend to create your own component with some javascript capable of recognizing a page like YOURSITE/shared_content/post.... and let jquery do the rearranging.
Due to the many requests in the past for additonal features and components we have decided to develope a premium version. Features like Hashtags, Videos, Polls, Events, Stories, Link Preview, etc included in it.
