Configure hosting providers servers is not part of the developers (OSSN developers) JOB so if the emails are not being sent then the issue is with your provider.
I don't know why we have to fix their servers? its their problem not ours. OSSN uses the generic mail function and the mail function of php uses your MTA installed on the server. So if MTA is not configured well its server admin problem no developers. Here is screenshot from some customer mail
