Greetings,
I would like to ask the user who wants to register a few questions before he can complete the registration, similar to the Facebook group broad. Is it possible to create a component where several answers to questions are possible and only after correct answer the registration can be completed?

Why not?
The basic logic is available already in https://www.opensource-socialnetwork.org/component/view/1549/captcha
Thus, instead of displaying just one image it would display your questions and do a comparison with the correct answers on submit.
