By default, members can only see shares made on a mobile phone. Where can I correct this so that all shares are public?

That is: If Person "A" shares a post on a PC (instead of mobile phone) in a web browser, then EVERYBODY can see it?

Michael: The problem is the default setting. Person "A" shares a post on a mobile phone in a web browser and only friends of person "A" can see it.

Okay,
so User A shared a post.
User B - no friend of A - can see this share with a browser on PC
but
User B cannot see this share with a browser on mobile phone?

You mean mobile device or app? because mobile and web is 1:1 same (mobile browser: web browser)
