I had some people who tell me that when filling out the registration form, and finally click on create an account does nothing
It does not make them do the scription

I've created an account just 5 Minutes ago. No problems at all, got my activation email and I'm able to login.
My System: Win 8.1 / Firefox 39.0
If you have the chance: Ask those users to provide some information about what OS / Browser /(-Plugins/Addons) they're using.
Additionally, enable error loging from the admin panel and check your log files.
