Hi,
Can anyone please tell me how I can change the restriction on the use of special characters in usernames? I'm not sure why this restriction exists but it's annoying a lot of people and I would like to get rid of it.

Hi, Arsalan.
Can you please elaborate as I know of no other site that has this restriction and I have no answer for people when they ask me why it exists on mine.

Hi Dave, there are many reasons behinds this and therefore we can tell you how to do that because it will create problems for other components and in system later.
Due to the many requests in the past for additonal features and components we have decided to develope a premium version. Features like Hashtags, Videos, Polls, Events, Stories, Link Preview, etc included in it.
