There is a component that the user can put the post on top of groups, also if there is another component with Share
In addition a component that suggests the groups to participate
Component for uploading videos to youtube or video from your computer
Autopost component (paid service for users)

There is no component available. The idea about pin a post in groups on top , is a good idea.
Due to the many requests in the past for additonal features and components we have decided to develope a premium version. Features like Hashtags, Videos, Polls, Events, Stories, Link Preview, etc included in it.
