I'm using ossn 2.3, I've hosted it at Namecheap hosting,
when i'm clicking at Add Group link then nothing is happening
something like this occurs

Everything points to a javascript problem. It looks like you're used to work with browser development tools? If so, switch to the 'network' tab and try to catch what javascript libs are actually loaded. And if you have another working installation on a different server: even better, I'm sure you'll find some differences.

First try with fresh installation, there might some 3rd party components causing issue.

yeah i tried it all.
but this problem only persist in namecheap hosting.
i've hosted it previous on hostinger, it works fine

Maybe its due to:
1.) Some 3rd party component.
2.) Your internet issue (not loading all js files)
Did you tried from other browser?

it seems Ossn.MessageBox not loading
when i'm calling onclick="#Ossn.MessageBox();" then message box is not opening.
and at wall whwn i'm clicking at privacy option here also messagebox not opening
