Loose the no body online on the right site
how I did it don't know all I know is not there anymore I have another site with the same open source network is just fine
my other site same cpanel sever diferent domain is good and basically I did the same thing to both of them install the components
I have no error anywhere in the site except that is no showing

If you can't see a chat on rightside there should be chat at bottom.
