User request: send microphone voice recording. It is possible to send the recording in a message. Example: microphone button in the chat window, when I press the button I speak, release the microphone button, then the sound recording is over and the system automatically sends it to the other user in the chat.

You can request to develop custom Components and the license will be yours you can able to release open source too.

Yes, it is possible to send a microphone voice recording in a message. You can press and hold the microphone button in the chat window, speak your message, release the button, and the recording will automatically be sent to the other user.
