I have developed this plugin . thanks to paritosh pandey for the idea . but its a minor release . its not a full release . i dont want user to use in production site . because still changes need to be done , and more modification too ..

Absolutely correct!
All you need is an image manipulation program like gimp or photoshop, then:
1. get yourself a nice background image of 850x315 px, or scale it down to that size
2. search the web for "verified user icon" (a transparent one preferably)
3. scale it down to aprox. 30x30 px
4. paste it to your background image
5. move it to y=270 (x positon depends on your name length, mine was 315)
6. save it and upload to your profile - and people will trust you.
(just did it at Steve's community)

This is not a very difficult task. The very exaggeration. so just add the image next to the name of the user image formats

it would be nice if you created one Verified Account" system
