If you are talking about MYSQL bandwidth , you can't stop it. If you are on cpanel and talking about cpanel bandwidth its not what we can able to stop.
Buy a better service.

If I am not mistaken that is the company you have hosting your website they are the ones that regulate the bandwith usage.
