I am also learning a little more about the upgrade process etc.
To be fully updated, two sections in the dashboard must show the same version, 7.x and Available updates must show '---'. Now it's clear.
Once I updated, the additional components showed up.

No option to download because the site says I have no support.
If you want to email me directly, I can show you what I'm seeing which might help.
