I was asking you to verify the NAME of the database. (where you put the black bar on)
Remember that name and start phpmyadmin again
and select the database with the SAME NAME.
(I'm almost sure you edited a wrong database yesterday.)

use your filemanager and enter the subdirectory named configurations
then open the file named ossn.config.db.php
and have a look at the last line $Ossn->database = '........'
Verify again: Did you really change THIS database today with phpmyadmin and the theme is set to goblue ?

Do you have more than one Ossn database?
To me it looks like that, and you applied the changes to the wrong one.
Or do you have any kind of other caching mechanism (cloudfare?)

Additionally check, if there is still a goblack subdirectory inside the themes folder, and if yes, then delete it.

ok, then your site is still served by the old cache, so please
1. enter the ossn_site_settings table again with phpmyadmin
2. verify that the value of cache is 0, if not change it to 0
3. start your filemanager and enter the directory where your Ossn is installed
4. remove the subdirecory named cache
