After upgrading in CPANEL with Softaculous to version 7.1 the site became invisible.
In some browsers I see an empty white page, other browsers return a HTTP 500 error message.
Please advise...

softaculous seems not disabled cache :)

event i set php version on 8.1 and i also upgrade my site with softacolous

Check for apache logs and make sure again to set your php version back to 8.0 or 8.1 even if cPanel shows 8.x. Set again
