When someone signs up, they see nothing but their own feed unless they invite friends. This makes it very difficult to start a new site so how can we open it up so that everyone sees everyone, at least initially?
Sounds good, thanks for the input.
I think when they change it will be remembered.
Alright, so I've set it to 'All site posts' and I see the privacy button now.
This means members can now pick to post for friends only or to all.
Can they set their default or do they have to pick each time they post?
ok i read your question again. I thought you were talking about when not loggedin. I misread it.
Ok if person is logged and can not see others stuff unless friends then you have set wrong settings in administrator panel under Wall configuration settings.
What does changing the landing page mean, changing the theme? That would be a really bad option, it would lose all of the work we've done so far.
The only way is to change landing page for your current theme.
Thanks.
The two components would not work. We want users to have to log in to see anything.
Plus, my question is asking how can all users see a full site feed as well as their own private/friends only feed?
We are using the white theme so cannot just switch themes otherwise we lost all the work we've done for design, pages and even all of the custom things we did in the components.
Surely there is some other way?
Use the social theme in your package. or use

Due to the many requests in the past for additonal features and components we have decided to develope a premium version. Features like Hashtags, Videos, Polls, Events, Stories, Link Preview, etc included in it.
