In concept OSSN looks great!
But, there's just not enough support and configuration isn't easily available. Unfortunately, this means that I'll have to dig into all the files and figure out what everything does but sadly... I just don't have the time.
So for the time being I'm going back to an older setup. Honestly, I really want to use OSSN and I'll hopefully be able to return to this in the future.

I have found the support to be responsive, timely, and and I appreciate the efforts that they put into OSSN, I have used other software in the past that support was nil even with paid versions.

You only have created one support request which was answered correctly.
Due to the many requests in the past for additonal features and components we have decided to develope a premium version. Features like Hashtags, Videos, Polls, Events, Stories, Link Preview, etc included in it.
