I have tried installing Open Source Social Network but it gives this error -
The following errors were found :
You have an old version of PHP 7.4.33 You need minimum PHP 8.0 or 8.x
Installation Failed
I have change the PHP Version to PHP 8.1 but still it shows the same error

Most likely you only updated the command-line part, but not the webserver part of PHP.
Follow the instructions of

CASE A.
Then open your browser and enter https://YOURSITEADDRESS/ossninfo.php?view=phpinfo
This will show you the currently installed PHP version of your webserver
